"Long ago I had a dream,
Standing beside you how happy I had been.
I walked on the busy road,
Yet it seemed to be a water washed shore.
Holding on your hand,
Walking on the golden sand.
It’s your love that I wanted to save,
My heart beating with the calm waves.

But now the time has changed.
A wall stands tall between us,
May be now our paths will never meet,
Till then I hold on to my dreamy sheet."

A tribute to the brave soldiers of Indian Army who fought for us in 1962 Sino-Indian war. They continue to live in our hearts.

This poem describes how god remembers those brave Indian soldiers.

"I am above all,
In my feet every great man falls.
But was he above me,
Who stood firm in front of my decision,
His bullet hit the enemy with great precision.
Why did I feel so small that day?
Why did he stand in front of the enemy in that way?
He could have run,
He could have escaped,
But he stood firm and bullet he faced.
My eyes were wide open,
His face I gazed.

25 Indian soldiers surrounded by 20,000 Chinese enemies,
Attacking from all sides like Devil Bees,
Bullets came from all sides,
Hitting the chest, making it burst so wide,
But they all were brave, they faced the bullets,
Their blood blessed the earth, falling like water droplets."

A Tribute to the brave hearts of 1962 Sino-Indian war. Salute to the soldiers who fought for us.

"Diwali was near but that night was dark,
High on the altitude where no bird chirped and no dog barked,
I saw a few men guarding the border,
Ready to die for the country even without an order,
He too was there.

But then I raised my eyes and saw the enemy coming,

Hindi-Chini bhai bhai they were humming,
Love was in their words and hatred in their hearts,
They were more than 20,000 all ready to kill the 25 Brave Hearts,
In front of them was a gap so wide,
I saw him once again,
Anger was in his eyes,
He said to his men "Don't stop till every enemy dies."
That was the day when God heard the battle cries.

I am the supreme power.

I am the almighty.

But who was the one who stood firm in front me, defeating the death and redefining bravery?

Was he too great?

Was he greater than me?
Was he the way I was supposed to be?"
